Ixlama
Ixlama has been a Highfalutin staple for many years now. With each new harvest, we are blown away by its steady consistency and quality. Harvested and processed at the Caserio Teogal Aldea San Martin mill, it undergoes a meticulous sun-drying process on cement patios, followed by careful drying in 'guardiolas,' a method unique to Guatemala since 1872. This coffee stands as a shining example of what washed Guatemalan coffees can offer – bright acidity, rich chocolaty sweetness, and an impeccably clean cup.
Lovely on drip, exceptional as espresso where the cherry notes really come to life.
