Bura Hamasho natural is sourced from Ethiopia's Sidama Zone, grown at 1,950-2,100 M.A.S.L. by smallholder farmers on fertile red clay soils. Certified organic and processed using Ethiopia's traditional natural method, ripe cherries are handpicked, sun-dried on raised beds with the skin and pulp intact, then hulled to reveal the seed, or "bean".
This careful process produces a beautiful cup with floral aromatics, a tea-like body, and honeydew melon sweetness. As a Grade 1 lot, Ethiopia's highest classification, it reflects the exceptional quality and meticulous care of the farmers who produced it.
All coffee will be shipped as whole bean in 1-2 business days from order and will have a roast date no older than one week from ship date.
